"The young man that checked me in was very courteous and professional. I got just the room I needed. My only problem was with the lighting. The 150+watt overheads are harsh. I miss bedside lamps. Also, no TP holder. Odd."

"Staff were not welcoming and constantly distracted with other activities during check-in. Check out was worse as I stood at the front desk for over 10 minutes waiting for a staff member which was nowhere to be found. At 7am the front desk should be available to assist patrons. No apology, just a miserable staff member, probably upset because I woke her from her nap."

"At dining room are working not friendly people and try to move you out. Left 50% tips and when 40% food I got they tried to remove the plate despite I just watched the phone at the table. Everything else beautiful!!!"

"One night stay and conveniently close to the airport. Less than 3min drive from the rental car Depot to the hotel. About 18min downtown area. No complaints."
