Hotel was ok. Room was fine, bed comfortable. Food at hotel was poor quality and way over priced. We ate at nearby family restaurants at 1/3 the cost. Alcohol was overpriced, same family restaurants cost B60 while hotel was B199 for bottle of beer. Internet was difficult to get onto almost everywhere and dropped consistently. Staff were exceptional!

The property itself is great, all the rooms face the ocean. The reason I booked this hotel was for its proximity to Hua Hin, this property is not close enough to Hua Hin. There are no easy Bolt vehicles or restaurants near this property.

This property is in a remote area the roads are terrible to get to it the lobby and the restaurant are in good condition the outside pool and all activities look like they could be fun except for everything is run down all the railings the building all needs to be remodeled or painted or stained all the rooms need to be remodeled clean all the caulking is mold the bathroom countertops or stained it needs a full remodel they're not very many people staying at this resort I'm not sure that we saw more than 10 people

A bit disappointing

Reception and pool area excellent. Room and WiFi not so good. Bed bullet hard, asked for a solution, they gave us a topper which did help but we both had sore backs and hips by the end of our 6 night stay. WiFi was terrible in our room, complained but nothing was done about it. Main shower head didn’t work but the smaller hand held shower head clipped into the wall was sufficient. Rooms are tired and need updating.

Good stay , value for money

We stayed in a 2 twin beds room. Taking shower experience was horrible. Only a glass window partition so water gets splashes all over the place which needs be cleaned afterwards. Breakfast needs little bit more varieties. Staffs were very friendly. Near beach not in a condition to soak your feet. kids had fun. Lots of local thai restaurants are nearby including a 7-11. Hua Hin Beach is 17KM or 20 minutes if you are lucky to get a hold of a GRAB

The hotel was good and reasonably priced, but Joe Kool’s Terrace felt overpriced. We found better food and value just outside the hotel for lunch and dinner. The breakfast buffet, though, was excellent and absolutely worth it.

Amazing staff. The resort is absolutely beautiful and the pool was a favorite for my toddler. Lots of activities for the little one. Quiet and far from the busy city but a 20 min grab taxi ride gets you to markets and mall.

Packs of wild dogs roaming everywhere outside of the resort, some are aggressive, be prepared to defend yourself against the dogs you WILL need to. Pepper spray, Mace, at least a big stick!!! Better to stay inside resort.

I'm SERIOUSLY afraid the management left this understaffed hotel with the money that should have been used for maintenance. Actually they where hanging out in a nearby restauant while tourists suffered in the hotel. A disaster.
