"Nous avons passé trois agréables nuits à l’hotel Thirty One. Le personnel était très aimable et nous avons eu beaucoup d’aide pour planifier notre séjour à Zhangjiajie. Une ambiance très « auberge de jeunesse » qui est forte agréable."
"It does smell like smoke. Lots of people smok in the cafe which is hard to sit in. Staff was good. Especially the ones to help book tours. Overall it's a good place but the smoke smell through the hotel is annoying for us."

"Excellent hotel, was a really great experience, staff were very helpful, specially employee Li Xianglin who was very kind and help us to solve all issues, hopefully hotel can have more employees like her. In general hotel experience was the best in great price and close to most famous mountain."
