"Nice boutique hotel in great location. Ray the concierge was fantastic, very helpful and friendly with good English. Excellent breakfast. Our room was very nice but the aircon wouldn’t drop below 22.5 which was a bit hot for a comfortable sleep in the heat of the summer and the water leaked from the shower into the toilet area making the floor very slippery. "

"Hotel is fine but albeit a bit dated I feel. Not a far walk to some malls and Bund/Nanjing Road. *Not sure if the bar Char is run by hotel but if it is they need a new manager as his attitude is terrible and is the reason I won’t stay again. He pretty much made it his mission to try not let us in bar, even though we were staying guests with friends and also a dinner reservation. He needs a attitude adjustment ASAP"
