酒店舒適，早餐豐盛，唯一缺點是並未執行於6F「無煙樓層」的承諾, 酒店的電梯里，清楚地標示6F 為無煙樓層。酒店服務人員亦不勸導在餐廳吸菸的客人。杭州的索非特酒店，房間里寫著，吸菸罰600元，可供參考。
