You are at your own. We call for help, we recived text massage only and no one never show up to help us to fix the problem we call for. We leave early morning due to not be able to take a shower we only had a 2 seconds warm water and then cold water. Wifi don't work eather. Ower doesn't want to refund. Stress night.
