"This was the second time I’ve stayed here, actually in the exact same room. Staff during check-in was great, very friendly and informative. The room was clean but the only complaint is that my AC wasn’t working properly. Not a big deal in Ohio during low Spring temps but I like to sleep in cooler temperatures. Thankfully, it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience that I needed to complain. I’m local and have stayed here for a mini “staycation”. Will definitely book here again. "

"The staff is awesome! I just stayed for a night while I was passing through on a cross country road trip and everyone we spoke to was so friendly and it felt good. The rooms could use a slight upgrade but overall it’s a good choice to stay over for the night if you’re just passing through. The property was clean!"

"My room was not ready like it was supposed to be at 4:00 so I did not even get checked in totally until 5:00. The toilet was running on and off all night. the pool area was closed and I wanted to swim but could not do that and that was one of my main reasons for even going there. the windows was severely dirty. you had to pay for breakfast when I said it was included. Oh yeah when I got there found out I had to give $100 deposit when I was never told that when I booked the room"

It was surprisingly quiet for hosting a wedding that evening, and because of how busy it was for the Rubber Duck Festival! We didn't use them, but the pool and the exercise room both looked great. The location was walkable and fun for lots going on this weekend!"

"I tried to cancel my reservation through Expedia and I had purchased cancellation insurance but was unable to travel for health reasons. I contacted you way before my reservation and you said that my reservation was non-refundable and you told me that you would contact Quality Inn and ask for my paid for cancellation and YOU failed. I WILL NEVER Book anything through your website. You have screwed me repeatedly. I am not a wealthy person and when I have booked through you I have gotten F$$@ed. I hope to hell that you post this review. "
