"Loud air conditioner. Hot tub was out of service, and had no hot water in our room, was luke warm at best the night we checked in. Beds were comfortable but pillows were not good. Staff were overall helpful, especially good customer service in the bistro. "

"When we arrived at the hotwl the night clerk was rude an made check in very difficult for my self and my husband as we tried to pay with a company bank card and instead of just letting us pay for our room we had to spend 20 mins explaining to him that it wasnt a credit card an filling out un necessary forms befor we even got to our room after traving for 6hrs stright Then the room we got to had a terrible toilet leak and no pul out couch but upon reporting the issues had to be moved to another room better fitted "
