"“This hotel felt like a scene from a horror movie. After a long drive, I needed to use the restroom while waiting to check in, only to be told there were no restrooms available.

The only ice machines that worked were on the 3rd & 4th floors and those machines were usually empty by 7-8am bc a lot of people were using them to fill up ice chests and coolers early in the morning. The refrigerator in the room didn't cool very well & had no freezer section. I like my morning energy drink to be VERY COLD, so I would have to put it in the ice bucket for an hour or so bf i drank it, but if I didn't make it to the ice machine on the 3rd or 4th floor...
