Hotel trovato chiuso con forte disagio all’arrivo

Pessima esperienza! Dopo un lungo viaggio trovato hotel chiusoDa mesi!! ,e trovarne un altro è stato difficilissimo.è Inaccettabile che expedia non si informi bene sui suoi prodotti e non tutela il cliente,a cui preleva subito la somma. Non credo di usare più il vostro canale per prenotare i miei viaggi

We only booked and paid for it 26/4/18 but when we got there it was closed for renovations and had been for some time. Why did you take our booking? It's an holiday weekend here with a festival. Very difficult to find an hotel room. We got one but cost US$ 144 for one night!! What are you going to do about this? I've also had no response from you on the Hanoi airport transfer to conifer hotel 23/4/18where the driver didn't show up and the company you placed my booking with wouldn't answer either of the two numbers provided or replied to my email. Neither have Expedia. I'm concerned about the rest of my vacation booked through Expedia

River View Hotel ist geschlossen und eine Bauruine!!! Es wird seit mehreren Monaten komplett renoviert. Stornieren Sie die Abrechnung oder überweisen Sie zurück eventuell bereits abgebuchte Gelder!!!

Good value for money

Very friendly& helpful owner/ staff . The only thing not so good is locality. 5 kms from tam coc ...too far to walk but possible on pushbike although traffic is very busy.

Een hotel met weinig sfeer, meer een zakenhotel. Kamer maakte niet echt een schone indruk, overal stof. Kraan wastafel zat los, handdoeken heel dun en grauw. Bedden veel te hard. Ontbijt was onder de maat, thee en koffie lauw en niet te drinken, broodjes slap en eieren smaakten niet naar eieren. Spijt van de boeking, geen aanrader. Het enige positieve: het personeel was erg vriendelijk en de ligging.

Buena ubicacion

Estubimos 3 noches en el hotel. Bien situado. Aunque el desayuno... No es nada del otro mundo. La gente del hotel no habla mucho ingles y cuesta entenderlos.

Hotel correct mais un peu défraichi

Hotel un peu défraichi, mais relativement bon marché. Piscine sur le toit plutot agréable. La vue panoramique sur la ville de la terrasse est un plus.
