"Excellent, very respectful and attentive service. Rooms beautifully appointed and spacious. Restaurant very good for both breakfast and dinner. This is a very welcoming, luxurious and well run hotel We used the hotel's travel service for 2 days at a very reasonable price. On the first day, we were driven around to visit the royal tombs, the pagoda and the covered bridge. Our English speaking guide was great, suggesting lots of stops once he realised we are keen photographers. On the second day we had the same driver Mr Huynh, this time for a transfer to Hoi An, and he drove well, again making several stops along the way."

"Breakfast could have more western food choices, the Hue noodle soup was fantastic, great location with direct access to the riverwalk. Unfortunately this property does not accept old style US dollars. "

"Beautiful hotel. Pool area and gardens were lovely and well maintained. Breakfast was great, with a wide variety of food options. We also did the hotel cooking class which was excellent. It was great fun and would recommend it to anyone wanting a fun and informative cooking experience. Overall we loved this hotel and couldnt fault it."

"Great hotel in a convenient location, clean spacious rooms and beds with very accommodating staff. It was the only hotel I booked on my trip that had a western style bathroom with a bathtub which I appreciated. I wish I stayed here longer would def stay here again if I come back!"
