"Staff always where's there to order us a cab and give us advice as to the island, and the water was consistently warm without troubles. I like how they're complimentary breakfast was not just a series of cereals and cold cuts, but was actually cooked. Small, but appreciated and with a lovely view. I can add the emphasize how beautiful the the rooftop, where there was both a pool, a bar, and a restaurant, truly was and especially at night. Stairs were not that big a problem, but for the elderly or incapacitated it would have been a major struggle. The Walking distance to downtown Charlotte was very easy and the many times when we would walk just a few minutes to grab something in the touristy areas of the city."

The **bathroom size** was impressive too—spacious and luxurious, and it honestly made the whole stay feel like a treat. The staff were the best part of all: **exceptional, very accommodating, and genuinely kind**. Everyone made sure our birthday trip felt easy and memorable. Housekeeping was also wonderful—**great room cleaners** who kept everything spotless and refreshed. We also loved having the **restaurant on site**, and the **swings** were such a fun, unique touch that made the experience feel extra special and vacation-like. And the **complimentary breakfast** was a great bonus each morning. Pink Palm Hotel exceeded expectations across the board—views, amenities, comfort, cleanliness, and service.
