"Room was great, nice decor. We were greeted with a welcome drink which was appreciated. Lots of coffee and tea in the room. Great location to easily access Royal Mile out the back way. I would recommend staying here."

"Conveniently situated, good breakfast but room gloomy as some lights weren't working. Bed not very comfortable as I didn't realise it was a bed settee and the mattress was thin and lumpy."

"Great location, friendly staff, & clean. Appreciated the laundrette! However room was disappointing. So small we could barely move around the bed & we are slim. Altho all photos showed sheer curtains for privacy, our room only had blackout drapes-so no privacy or complete darkness & our room looked ..."
