"Breakfast was good and koi pond was nice. Our room had an old musty smell, very dated and dark. Our room was not like the pictures on site. Stairs under construction, limited parking due to construction material. Very busy and hard to find parking."

"I was there 5 days 4 nights and all that time not once did my room get cleaned in any way , I had a full a full trash can by the end of my stay . Had to use the same towels every day . And the reason I never said anything at the front desk, it was to see how long they would last and to my surprise ended up being for the time I was there . Old mattress, old curtains with holes and an old AC unit . By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. "

"My room was dirty I had plastic cups and other trash on the floor in plain site as well as surface to end table tables were dirty and clearly not cleaned the staff was not polite during check in as well as checkout I will not be coming back to this location and would highly recommend that everyone to do the same"
