"The hotel is very good overall, but there are a few details that could be improved.
Our room was very spacious and had a separate living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, which was a great advantage. However, there were several marks on the walls, which made the room feel a little less well maintained than expected. The towels were excellent, though, and the hotel’s gym was also a highlight. It is very well equipped and open 24 hours, which is very convenient.
The breakfast was good, but I think it could be better. There could be a wider selection of cheese, bread, and fresh fruit.
One of the main negatives is the elevators. The building is quite large, but there are only two elevators, and they are frequently crowded. During peak hours, you often have to wait quite a while for an elevator.
The location is definitely a strong point. The hotel is about a 5–10 minute walk from Earl’s Court Station, which makes getting around London very convenient, including traveling to and from the airport. It is also close to Earl’s Court Road, where you can find several restaurants and other options.
Overall, I had a good stay and would consider staying here again, but improving the room maintenance, breakfast selection, and elevator situation would make the experience significantly better."
