"Extremely unsafe property. A break in and unapologetic staff. When I told the night lady my lock was broken and destroyed by the metal and screws falling out, she said “I’m going to have you come down and switch rooms”. Apparently they’ve had drunks.This was almost 11 pm…. I was told there aren’t cameras in the hallways to even know when this happened or who it was. Thankfully nothing was taken but I had to have my friend help me move again because I have a tissue disease and it’s hard for me to move around much. At this point we both are worried for our safety too. Moving a room for a second time was not okay. Then to be told I wouldn’t be refunded. I went to my first room and it smelled horrible so I switched rooms earlier in the day.. That one didn’t smell good either but I didn’t want to move again so opened up the back door (this is the 3rd floor). When I got back, the back door was closed and I didn’t close it. One staff member mentioned it could be a ghost. The hot tub and pool were not heated so we didn’t use those. At breakfast the eggs were cold, the potatoes barely warm. Not one staff member said sorry about what happened. Until check out when I mentioned everything to this employee who said none of my events were noted except fo the swapping of rooms due to smell.. my bed in the next room smelled like a sweaty man all over the sheets and pillows. The room was very dusty and caked on in areas. I will not stay here again and do not recommend others to either. "
