"We traveled as a family and we really enjoyed the game room downstairs. It was one of the highlights of our stay. However, the video games were not working. The indoor pool was very nice and warm when we arrived and we spent some time there. Although, the pool was too small. The lobby and the room were very comfortable and clean with lots of nice coffee and tea throughout the day. The location is perfect for those who would like to be close to Whitefish downtown and all the shops. The breakfast was fresh and hot with meat patties, potato tatters, and egg biscuits. There was also yogurt and fresh cut fruit, along with a choice of fresh juices. We wish there was a little bit more variety for the breakfast, but otherwise it was very good. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here! Thank you! We will come back again. "

"Good breakfast even though it was way out there you had to walk a bunch to get to it. Nice employees and clean. Only thing is, the pool has no working toilet for the guys Don't you guys have a maintenance man? Also, the spy has no working bubbles forever can't you afford a person to come in and fix it? "

"The shuttle was ready and waiting when I arrived at the airport. Initially, I was given an adjoining room, which did not have a lock on the adjoining door. As a solo traveler, I requested to switch rooms. Shanice was wonderful and switched it for me. The gym was clean with a nice, cable machine and new dumbbells going up to 65lbs. The rooftop offered a great view. The hot tub was nice and at a good comfortable temp. Walking distance to everything in downtown, train station, and a nice walk to City Beach. Was a great stay. "

"Check in was awful. We were exhausted from driving up to volunteer and despite my husband going to check us in and mentioning the dog, and booking with dog, we still had to put everything down and go through process that should have been thought of, had the person been paying any attention to us at all. He did offer that we could go get settled in and come back but we were too exhausted. It was quiet and the location was good for walking. It was clean except in front of elevators where my dg definitely wanted to (but did not) pee where clearly and visibly many others had. "
