"Great spot in a great location! Walking distance from the beach, cool patio on second floor to eat breakfast, good coffee, parking garage and complimentary beach chairs, towels and umbrellas for the beach. It's not a 5 star hotel but it's not a motel. Very clean, well maintained and homey."

"After a long weekend at Disneyland with my son, daughter in law and 3 granddaughters my husband and I took a day for ourselves to relax on the beach and have a night just for us. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. The hotel was beautiful and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. The view of the beach from our balcony was beautiful. It was exactly what we needed. We both would highly recommend Pasea Hotel and Spa for a relaxing getaway."

"Stayed for Surf City 10. Huntington pier is a decent 15 min drive from here. The say was fine. AC is cold, charger port by bed. Elevator didn’t work so couldn’t give 5 stars for overall maintenance. Rooms were fine. Room extras like hand soaps, bath soaps were the bare minimum though (little bars, no body wash). Bring own toiletries. Bring ur own paper towels, utensils etc to take full advantage of the kitchenette."

"I would like to highlight an exceptional customer service and a great work of the hotel staff. We arrived at the first noght of heal wave. It was really hot in the room. It was a late evening already and we contacted the hotel staff. They did everything to make us comfortable, they offered to move to another room, offered three additional vents… they were really trying to help us. I really appreciate that help and I always really appreciate when the staff really care. And they do care. That’s why I am giving 5 stars. The building is old overall, windows are small, no views. But everything is very clean and well maintained. The 2 bedroom room was spacious. So I recommend this place, and really appreciate their exceptional customer service and friendliness."
