"Also wir fanden das Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen und die Umgebung ähnelt auch sehr einem Lost Place: Bauschutt, abgestellte Wohnwagen, ein Theater das auf den Abriss wartet. Aber am irritiertesten waren wir über den Umstand, dass die Zimmer nicht gereinigt oder aufgeräumt werden. Die Reinigungskräfte betreten das Zimmer nur alle drei Tage. Also effektiv garnicht, weil wir dort ein verlängertes Wochenende verbracht haben. Das Frühstück war auch sehr mittelmäßig, die gekochten Eier noch...

"It is a very nice place to rest and relax. Although this hotel may not be the most family-oriented option for guests with small children, we had a very pleasant stay. We visited for the weekend with our two year old daughter, and the staff was very kind, helpful, and attentive to all our requests. We truly appreciated their hospitality. Only a very small downside was that the bed was not the very comfortable I would expect in this hotel. Apart from that, we will certainly come back again :) "

"very handy to the train station, new rooms well insulated as there is a lot of trafic. Great breakfast and particular loved the fact that they provide free of charge in the room fridge a few bottles of water, coke and even a small wine bottle( already rare to have a fridge in the room) + they have a great bar and sell many smacks so if you arrive late no issues they have you covered "

"The room was wonderful, but it did not have a fridge, nor did it have any drawers for clothes. The bathroom was very spacious and the shower was large and lots of pressure. If you wanted ice, you had to go to the lobby bar and ask for some. The buffet breakfast a little limited but it was fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"Das Hotel macht so an sich einen super Eindruck. Schöner Wellnessbereich, schöne Außenanlagen und tolle Zimmer. Allerdings ist das Personal eher weniger zugänglich. Die Bedienung war eher kalt herzig. Wenig Hilfsbereitschaft, öfters Nachfragen und wenig entgegengenommen. Unsere Buchung konnte leider nicht planmäßig erfolgen, wie gebucht. Leider war wenig entgegengekommen seitens des Personals. Ebenso das Essen im Restaurant Lido war für das Preissegment sehr schlecht. 90€ für Speisen, welche...
