"Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with multiple balconies. Very clean, the bed was comfortable and the linens were high quality. We had a lovely supper at the onsite restaurant-delicious meal! Unfortunately we left at 330am so we did not know about the Airport shuttle. We checked out so early that we did not have the pleasure of having the Breakfast. "We were a group of 10. We want to thank much Miss Rania Emad for her hard work and support for us to make our vacation excellent. She was following with us everyday to solve any problem with the hotel. The property and facilities were very good. The staff were very polite, friendly, helpful and supportive. The food was great, huge varieties and was delicious. The pools and the beach were amazing. The rooms were very clean. The only comment that we had, the Room Service response was slow."
