"Nice big room . Helpful staff"

"I've stayed here before and always try to request a room on the side (not the back) but this time I was not able to. If you receive any rooms in the back, you're hidden away from view due to parked cars . For a woman, that's a huge safety hazard. Also there's one set of stairs leading to second floor which are dirty and the roof covering leaks on you the entire time you're walking even if it's not raining. The room itself had dead water bugs laying in it, there was a gigantic gaping hole above...

"No telephone in my room! Cleaners didn’t clean my room on Thursday But desk administrator that evening nice enough to get me clean towels. No Kleenex for sale."

"I was impressed with the room for the price, I actually ended up staying a couple of extra days than what I had originally planned. It was also in a great location. I would definitely stay again!"
