"The room was only cleaned once in 4 days. Had to request coffee pods EVERY DAY. Made it clear that I was a very early riser and wanted my coffee as soon as I woke up. Requested this of 4 different Desk People and it was the same Every Single Day. Had to come back down and ask for coffee pods. The Kitchen Staff was wonderful. The Cleaning Staff and Desk Staff...I won't be back. "

"Good internet. Pool could've been warmer, a hottub or sauna would have been awesome. Breakfast was decent. I would suggest free coffee in lobby all day for guests. Easy parking. Great staff"

"The property and overall condition of the room were clean and updated. However, there were dead flies in my room and it was missing multiple toiletries: bar soap, tissues, and silverware. Front desk wasn't able to account for tax exemption at check in and 48 hours after checkout have not received a receipt for my stay--front desk is not staffed 24 hours, I checked out prior to it being staffed in the morning."
