"This was my first time booking with Holiday Inn and I’m honestly blown away. Everything was perfect, from the food to the staff, who were warm, welcoming, and very professional. What meant the most to me was how respectful and inclusive the environment is. As a Black guest, I’ve had unpleasant experiences in some hotels before, but this was completely different. I felt genuinely valued and comfortable throughout my stay. Even on my first day, I’m already hooked. Holiday Inn has definitely gained a loyal customer, 10/10, highly recommended!
