They had no king size rooms with beds available the early morning shuttle to the airport was great, but all they could offer was to move us to perhaps the hotel next-door and it was late in the evening. We were very tired so we declined that, but was very disappointed that we did not get a room with a king size bed like we had booked, I was wanting to reach out to hotels.com and see if they we could be compensated for that to the hotel wasn’t able to do anything to compensate us because we had booked it through hotels.com"
