The Manager was exceptional!! The property is old, but it is kept clean. There were a few problems like hair dryer and microwave not working, but they were taken care of immediately so we couldn't ask for more! I was truly impressed with the care and service and we stayed there two weeks doing the fair!

Floor wood planks were catchy and coming up and would get caught on shoes. Bed clean and shower clean. Old toilets not flush well. Parking for trucks is bad and must back out on street to get out.

They had everything we needed. We ended up staying for a month because of waiting to get an apartment. They had everything we needed. A microwave, a refrigerator, a swimming pool, a hot tub. I was close to where I work. They cleaned the room everyday. It was great!

OK, but I wish bathroom was cleaner

Mixed impressions. On a positive side, inexpensive, [almost] everything was tidy and clean (but read about bathroom below), I had a good sleep, the receptionist was friendly and late check in was possible. A couple of complimentary water bottles. Negatives... 4 big cockroaches in bathroom (3 seemed to be in a process of dying from insecticide, 1 was very much alive). Bathtub had a fair amount of dirt, like some maintenance under ceiling was done and the bathroom was not cleaned afterwards. (This dirt easily flushed out) Not sure if I confused something about breakfast. Hotels.com mentioned a breakfast included in the price. I didn't notice any breakfast (around 7:30). On one occasion there were train horn sounds from the nearby railroad.

What a gem in downtown Hutchison! Easy walking distance to any event and a quick ride to the Cosmosphere! Staff were friendly and engaging. I will definitely return the next time I’m in town.

Paid online, had trouble finding my reservation and working have if I didn't have a itinerary number. I travel A LOT and this is one of the only places that requires a deposit of the price of the room. Room was clean and Keurig coffee pot in the room was nice.

We needed a place to get warm, shower, watch TV after school was cancelled and our power was still out. This place was warm and comfortable. McDonald’s and Spangles are both across the street and deliver. We would stay again
