"Perfect- 11 out of 10!-Room was lovely,no expense spared anywhere, Contained everything we needed,Cozy and exceptionally clean. Really quick and efficient check in. Staff all so really polite and helpful, Relaxed and professional. Food there was Amazing and cooked breakfast was the best we’ve experienced.We got a great deal for a one night stay over in Aug 2025 but this hotel is so so good. "We stayed in room 17, parrot room. Very large space. TV was obscured by 4 poster bed frame, would be better above mantle. The room is by the front door, and the room above must be wooden floored as we heard a lot of footsteps/lpud thuds on the ceiling. We paid £3 for a parking permit for the W zone, but didnt find a parking space so ended up at the leisure centre - 10 min walk away Bed was comfy, but very soft. Pillows need replacing.
