"If I could rate this a 0 I would. Place smelled like cigarettes and weed even though there are no smoking signs everywhere. Asked to be moved and the desk said it smells like that everywhere. People in the lobby during check in were talking about selling drugs and asking people if they wanted drugs. Guy at desk did not acknowledge it. TV and wifi did not work. Also a blanket on the bed had a giant red stain and we folded it and put it in the closet. After checking out we were accused of stealing...

"This was a nice hotel with clean rooms but we had a couple of issues with maintenance that were not resolved as quickly as they could have been. The property is not within walking distance of anything as there are no sidewalks so had to drive everywhere."

"I loved the location of this property - it was right where I wanted to be. The property is in decent shape and has been renovated. The breakfast was adequate but not too many choices. The only complaint I had is that there were ants - a couple in my bed and some at the coffee station in the breakfast room. I also had to kill a black spider and something that looked like a silverfish in the bathroom over the course of my 3 night stay. I probably won't book this propert again."

"Came to Rhinebeck for a family reunion and really just needed a home base to shower/sleep and change clothes. I have stayed in many high end hotels in my travels so after reading some of the reviews I came prepared. Brought my own shampoo, conditioner and bath soap. "The pool was closed, along with the restaurant, which we were not aware of. When we walked the trails to sit at a scenic location, branches and shrubs blocked our view. When we showered, there was half empty bottles of body wash, shampoo and other showering necessities. This was $600 a night. Totally not worth it at this time."

"The only truth that's represented in their offering online is the beautiful location beyond that the quarters are not suitable nor appropriate to what they're claiming or particular charging to stay there. This is not being properly presented online and really should be removed from the site until such time they deliver what they claim.
