"We stayed for 5 days on a family trip and truly enjoyed our experience. From the moment we arrived, everyone at the hotel was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The location was amazing, and our room was neat, comfortable, and well maintained. We opted for both buffet breakfast and dinner, and the food had a great variety of choices. What stood out most was the level of care from the restaurant team. The staff would regularly stop by to make sure we had everything we needed, and they were always warm and attentive. Even with my 10-year-old, who can be a little picky with food, we had absolutely no issues. A special mention to Mino and the housekeeping team, who took great care of us and consistently made sure everything in our room was just the way we liked it. Karim and the entire restaurant team were also wonderful and made us feel genuinely looked after throughout our stay. The warmth extended beyond the restaurant and housekeeping — everyone we interacted with, from the reception and lobby staff to the other hotel employees, was friendly and welcoming. It’s rare to find a hotel where the entire team consistently goes the extra mile to make guests feel comfortable. Our family truly enjoyed our stay, and we would be very happy to return. Highly recommended!"

"We were here for a week in July, the offer was reasonably priced for a 5 star hotel. Taj is a comfortable welcoming hotel. It has the perks of 5 star and I feel the staff try hard to make you feel part of the family, which is very nice. You can see it is an older hotel, currently undergoing some renovation so only one lift was working. However this was not a major issue. If you are looking for five-star luxury plus, I don't think this is necessarily the place. However if you are looking for a place where people are friendly, keen to help, and the facilities are good with a comfortable stay, this may be what you would like. I have commented separately about the absolutely wonderful experience I had using the pool for my daily swim and the steam room and gym area. Satish and Sajid, the staff are amazing and I really enjoyed this part of my day. The pool is one of the best pools I have swum in over the years. One thing I would say is that it seems the hotel is used for conferences. There isn't a lot of seating area in the reception so if you want to leave the room and go and be comfortable somewhere while you are waiting, I think it might be useful to have some areas where guests could sit as it can get quite crowded"
