The morning I was to leave, I needed a window scraper in the morning, as it had snowed crustily on my rental vehicle. The front desk did not have one but the attendant gladly offered to retrieve one from their car. While they were gone, I discovered the rental had one. The attendant is very thoughtful. I should have food harder!"
