"We had always wanted to stay on a Tea Estate in the hills and this did not disappoint. A great tour of the estate was arranged either the Tea Estate Manager and was an excellent insight into how tea is grown and picked. Great views from the veranda. Staff most helpful."

"Very special place 30 or so minutes outside of Kandy, near Wattegama. A few individual cabin-esque rooms (with en-suite) around a cute courtyard of natural spring pool, pond, hammocks etc. Very attentative hosts who really demonstrate Sri Lankan hospitality at its best. The walk around the spice garden and local village was so interesting. Such a unique bonus to make this more of an experience than just a bed for the night. "A bit of an adventure getting to the hotel as it is located at the top of a very steep drive way that meanders though a coconut and pepper plantation. Once there however, the views are great and the ambiance tranquil. The balcony overlooks tree tops, which for anyone seeking a quiet hideaway, this place is perfect."
