I like the design of the room and the property. The room is spacious, but there’s no air conditioning. The hotel provided a fan, but it wasn’t enough, at least, for us. I’m not sure why the room lacks air conditioning, but I’m not sure about the technicalities or complexities behind stalling an A/C ...

Loft Palace Suit
Poor service! They provided a bed cover type blanket which was so thin to protect us against the cold. And the heating system didn't work either. We froze to death!
