A wonderfully refurbished hotel to a very high standard. All the staff were outstanding and nothing was too much trouble for them. Loved the view from the dining area and the easy access to the beach

Room was excellent - really clean and spacious with the fridge helping to store things cold. Staff were really helpful, and I enjoyed the Sports Bar to catch up on the NFL at the weekend after a work trip. Would definitely use again

This is my go-to hotel to recharge my batteries . Staff are amazing

When we first got there we thought it was a big mistake. It’s a motel not hotel. The room faced the sun so you had to keep the curtains closed so it was not the best first impression! We had been going to this hotel for years and then during the pandemic went to Las Brisas. We decided to go back to the Pierre. We went in November and liked it despite slow service at the pool. What really annoyed me is that I saw the tables set up when we checked in into the room and...

Reception staff very friendly, good sense of humour and helpful. Loved our room 515, extremely clean, loads of space, efficient air con and wonderful view. Well located for restaurants and bars. Le Jaguar next door was reasonable and offered a good choice of breakfasts. The on site tour agent arranged a tour of Acapulco for us for 900 pesos - we had a private car and our driver took us to places we would never have found on our own then on to see the divers, we’ll worth doing.
