Khách sạn Idamegama

"We stayed at this amazing property for 3 days as a group of four and had a wonderful experience. The mountain views from our room were stunning, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast buffet had limited spread, but everything was delicious. The approach road can be a bit tricky, with a steep, narrow downhill stretch that accommodates only one car at a time. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property!"

"Property was clean and staff were wonderful! The breakfast was delicious! Highly recommend."

"Amazing place. Can’t fault a single thing. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was amazing. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Always ready to help with a buggy. Spa was amazing in a very scenic set up. Secluded yet just a few mins drive to main city centre. Pool area is nice but the pool is rather small. Breakfast is very good, made to order. Complimentary guided trek to little Adams peak just behind the resort. They gave discount vouchers for Ravana pool club and zip lining but we didn’t...

"The room was spotless, the food was absolutely delicious and the staff were lovely! I'll be sure to drop by again! "

"Perfect stay in a more quiet area of Ella. You will be in the center shortly. The best thing about our stay was the excellent breakfast served on our private balcony with an amazing view. If we ever come back to Ella again…. This is the place we will stay!"

"Beautiful views."

"We had a wonderful stay! The view of the Nine Arch Bridge and jungle was so beautiful. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was really good, too! The complimentary tuk-tuk service to and from the main road to the accommodation was especially appreciated given the steep and narrow road. Overall, a fantastic experience and a place we would happily recommend!"

"Lovely staff and service"

"The views over the valley, the tea plantations and agricultural land are fantastic. The villa is set up on a hillside, about 3km out of town. It takes approximately a 10 min tuk tuk drive into town. The staff are absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. The hotel is beautifully presented, mostly made in wood and looking very smart. The room and bathroom were large, clean and well presented. The whole place is beautiful an dis surrounded by beautiful countryside. "

"Very welcoming and friendly hosts, and a delicious breakfast! The room was spotless and the location was perfect — close to everything while still being a lovely and peaceful place to stay. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"a lovely boutique hotel with amazing staff & good breakfast"

"The view is supreme. The room is very clean and quite well-appointed for the class of hotel. The location is very near to town just up the way to its hilltop perch. A good walk or short tuk tuk ride . The staff were friendly and helpful and the WiFi was good. I had reason to contact the manager and he responded quickly to sort out my issue. I highly recommend Mountjoy Ella."

"Incredible place, accomodation is luxury, views are breathtaking, staff are lovely. If I went again I wouldnt take the half board option and order off the menu as the food and options were better and not particularly expensive. "

"This place is amazing! it’s location is at the top of a hill - the views are incredible and we experienced a misty morning view and sunrise and it was beautiful. The room was beautiful - high ceilings, comfortable bed and we were lucky with 2 balconies. The staff were kind and hospitable and sorted us a packed breakfast as we left before breakfast time."

"We stayed 4 nights at Walaa Kulu, and it was nothing short of exceptional. The villa is truly luxurious, beautifully furnished, and designed to take full advantage of the stunning panoramic views that surround it. Every room offers a breathtaking outlook — the kind that photos simply cannot capture. The heated pool overlooking the lush green hills was an absolute highlight, allowing us to enjoy a relaxing evening swim even when the air cooled down. What really made our stay unforgettable was...
