"Behaved like a new hotel, tried to over price pre booked room stating peak season. Rushed check out resulting in forgetting a wrist watch. Over priced lunch buffet which is not value for money. With a kid in tow unnecessary rush created for check out, checked in an hour late, hotel key card was disabled leading to room not getting open to speed up check out. Made guest wait to check if room amenities were in working condition, meaning guests were not trusted."

"The hotel is nicely located on a hill with an amazing view. Especially now at the end of monsoon the fog in the mountains is breathtaking. The hotel is nice, the food very good and we also enjoyed the spa. The staff is very friendly and we had a pleasant stay."

"Far Away from Munnar. More than 20 Kms away, one hour drive. Not on any Site Seeing Route, Much Lower altitude. No Valley view. Very small property (1 acre) considering the distance from Munnar Town. No walk way other than the one that connects the reception to your room. Lawns approx 1000 sq feet. No activity other than one small badminton court. Gardens, Lawns are not well maintained. It is not a Resort, considering the distance from Munnar. No WiFi in rooms. Furniture cheap, sub...

"The property was really nice and the view really pretty. Friendly stuff, good food. I’d prefer to be able to eat the dinner at the lounge though, not that comfortable to eat in the room. "

"Slow service, Rude behaviour! Didn’t like the way they served the brrakfast. Before time everything was wrapped up and finished. Also they didn’t give the room to driver."
