"This was one of five places I stayed during my trip. After a long day of travel from the states, it was a thrill to walk into this amazing place. Clean and comfortable when I walked in. Didn't know how great the location was until the next day when I got my bearings straight. If you like to walk, this hotel is perfectly situated. The health club and swimming pool were perfect for me (I was there for five days and went swimming six times). There was a concierge named Celine. Of extreme help with directions and suggestions. Luis at the registartion desk was a great help upon my late arrival. I have friends who are talking about trips to Korea. They already know about this hotel. Addendum: great food choices in the hotel. I had my first Korean stable red bean bread and a great last night dinner of pork and kimchi stew. There is a Chinese and Korean restaurant in the building also."

"Wonderful location, right above Coex mall which is open late and has a wide variety of shops, eateries, restaurants, groceries, great for taking a walk, there is even a hospital and pharmacy downstairs which is super quick, easy, and inexpensive. I just wished the hotel would have let me check in earlier since I was traveling with early parents and we arrived at 6am. (I know they had rooms available bec I could still book a room on Expedia for the day I was checking in) but they would not oblige and had us wait until the 3:00 check in time "

"I honestly every single thing which could go wrong went wrong. We checked in early and due to a mixture of being exhausted from travel, a language barrier and the assumption that maybe there was an issue between hotels.com and the hotel I didn’t fully understand they wanted 100% room rate for these extra hours. We felt having the hotel connected to the park would be a fantastic opportunity to head to the park and come and go as you please, you only have 1 free reentry to the park. We wanted to stop for a bite to eat in the hello kitty restaurant, they welcomed us in as we wanted to see what was on offer. We were told we couldn’t eat there which changed from a no to we are full when the restaurant was half empty. There is no bar in the restaurant as an FYI and they are strict on rules that no outside food or drink entry the hotel. The room was dusty which we didn’t realise until after leaving the room and noticing we both stopped being congested as soon as we had some fresh air. My friend had a later flight than myself and wanted to use the amenities after we checked out. She left the sauna to help me bring the luggage down and upon leaving the amenities area was told she would be charged to return. They graciously allowed her back in after complaining Staying here was an extremely expensive mistake for 1 night (priced at 2) and honestly you gain very little staying here over staying literally anywhere else"

"The location of the property is excellent. The Hotel is tidy and pretty clean. The restaurant leaves a lot to be desired and the menu has very little options. The room service is delivered by a robot and we ordered a salad and the Mangos were completely frozen. The breakfast was a very strange assortment of salads, ramen, dumplings, microwaved bacon, and a few cereals and some cheap pastries. The gym is very small. It's an affordable option for Gangnam, but I don't think I'd stay again. "

"It’s a homey hotel .. love its ambience and the breakfast was amazing with big sierra of varieties . They even serve free ramen for supper . Location is very convenient . Room is very clean and nice , The only downside is if you stay a the highest floor sometimes waiting for the elevator can take a while . Overall I really enjoyed staying here and will return if I visit Seoul again"

"It was large, there was a kitchen but it wasnt available to use, same with the laundry. The area is nice and quiet compared to the main gangnam street. The elevators are slow, i waited 5 minutes to get from the 5 floor to the lobby. I would have walked but i didnt know if i was allowed to use the stairs. Checking in, ONLY at 4pm, no luggage storage, no early check in. Its close to a tim hortons and a mcdonalds. Close to the train station and busses. "

"I did not like the beds being on floor level and the room was small so we were too close to the bathroom . The room was cramped and very little space to walk around so not a great experience!!!"

"Decent hotel, rooms are fairly small and the washrooms are very tight. Overall decent stay and would stay again for the view and neighborhood."
