"What a great hotel! Clean comfortable rooms in a lovely setting, an easy walk to shops and restaurants. We especially appreciated the welcoming, friendly staff who spoke excellent English. The bar was cozy and featured amazing cocktails - the gin & tonic with "forest" syrup was my favorite (so much so that I bought a bottle of the syrup to bring home). Would absolutely recommend this hotel, and hope to visit again someday!"

1. It’s a shame that they allow smoking in the rooms because we are non-smokers and smoke particles cannot be completely eradicated from the room even with a room humidifier and spray fragrance. So we could not be as comfortable as we normally would be had it been a non-smoking room.
