"The booking was a fraud. The hotel doesn't exist in reality. When I got to the address for check-in, I was told that the hotel had sold the building about 2 years ago. The place was occupied by a private company. So there was no room for me and I couldn't check-in. I had to go do an over the counter booking at another hotel."

"When we went to check into the hotel, they couldn’t find our booking. When I showed them the confirmation on Expedia, they said they are no longer part of that platform, therefore my payment and reservation didn’t go thru to them and I had to pay all over again. Also, even though we were two people, we were only given one towel in the room and complimentary breakfast for one. Other than that the staff were very friendly and personable. "
