"No main restaurant open, not told before we arrived only roof top bar with limited options for food . Parking a nightmare, limited spaces round hotel. Staff need extra training in customer care . Room was very clean and comfortable and very quiet. Enjoyed our stay."

"I booked a higher room category due to mobility limitations and the need for more space. Unfortunately, the room was extremely small, with only about 20 cm between the bed and desk/wardrobe, making it hard to move or handle luggage. It was also directly on the street and noisy. I raised this at checkout, but no solution or explanation was offered."

"This resort is in the perfect location on Golden Bay. We loved our time here and enjoyed the facilities including the pool and private beach. A Sea View room is a must if you want the most gorgeous views day and night. The balconies are private and spacious. The room has a small refrigerator, a microwave and basic kitchen supplies. "First of all I did enjoy my stay. The location is perfect. Close to everything. One note is that it is located on a pedestrian street so the cab has to drop you off about 2 blocks away. The street is cobblestone. The air worked great but the refrigerator wasn’t working and the blow dryer is not strong enough Rooms are a little small but clean. I did enjoy my stay though"
