"The highlight for me were the front desk ladies - we must have have met 4 of them and all were very nice , helpful and pleasant. They went out of their way to help input breakfast or tell us about the city . The rooms were very nice, an apartment actually with 2 bathrooms , which we were not expecting . Also the location helped us catch a tour bus as it’s close to train station otherwise we would have definitely missed it. Will definitely recommend ! "

"Wonderful stay in Florence! The room was spotless. It was easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see but away from the hustle and bustle. The view of the river from our room was beautiful. The staff was extremely responsive to our request requests. We asked for a third chair because there were three of us. It appeared in our room while we were out on our tour.
