"Really disappointing stay. The room was unbearably hot from the moment we arrived, and despite using the fan provided and having the window open, so much so somebody could probably climb through, it made little to no difference. To make matters worse, the radiator in the bathroom appeared to be on full blast the entire time, with no obvious switch or way to turn it off. The heat made it incredibly uncomfortable and resulted in a very poor night’s sleep. We raised the issue with staff during our...
