"TERRIBLE !! - The worst experience ever! The reception didn't allow me to check-in because I arrived at 23h05, which is outside 23h00 check-in time. The security guard told me there was no staff around. Not sure if that means they closed the reception much earlier and departed immediately at 23h00. I tried to reach the hostel by phone, but the phone number mentioned on the booking site is not correct or in use. At 00h31 the reception sent me an email mentioning that since I was not there by...

"Place was okay afterall did the job stood there for a week however the rooms were very hot including the shower water which you cannot adjust. Metro was easy to get to if you wanted to explore other areas just don’t recommend walking alone at night"

"Personnel très agréable et serviable, nous avions réservés une chambre triple, très lumineuse et propre. Ptit déj simple mais correct. Le grand plus a été d'avoir une place de parking privé pas trop loin de l'hotêl."

"Great location on Canal. No ac or fans so be mindful of that when booking in summer. Temps were higher than normal on my trip and even with the windows open it was too hot to be comfortable. I still rated it as excellent because they don’t control the weather but feel it’s important to be aware of."
