"We had a great time at Aalma da Ria. It’s about 10 minutes from Aveiro with the car. There is a main house, with kitchen and common spaces, and then there are the lodges. Ours had 2 sleeping rooms, bathroom, and a small pantry with microwave and coffee machine. The houses are within a green area that includes a pool. Mariana was so nice and helpful. Everyday she prepared us a huge breakfast she was so nice and attentive. Highly recommended."

"We loved this lovingly restored old mercantile/home before we even walked in the door. The owner maintained all the original beauty and characteristics. He even arranged for a local restaurant to make the one meal we love and hadn’t been able to find. Breakfast was absolutely lovely surrounded by so much history."

Inside was recently refurbished. Bed was comfy. More thought required for kitchen- corkscrew but no wine glasses, good knives but tiny chopping board, espresso cups but no coffee maker. Toilet would be a challenge for large people."

"Breakfast very good. Nice spot besides the beach."

"Clean room, limited but off street parking, breakfast wasn’t expansive but was all I needed."

"Very nice and clean. Very helpful staff. All Hotels should be like this. Will stay there again!"

"Sehr zentrales Zimmer."

"The hotel offers parking under the hotel for 8 Euros a day. This is worth it, because there are not many spaces on the street available for parking. When checking in, you may need to park on the sidewalk. The staff are young, professional, helpful, and speak good English. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and included a mini fridge. The breakfast offered a variety of foods, including fruit and juice as well as coffee and hot milk. The hotel is about a brisk 15 minute walk from...

"Excelente trato del personal, muy buena ubicación, solo las habitaciones demasiado pequeñas"

"Très belle petite hotel et très bien situé. Notre séjour à été très agréable"
