"Loved the location. Great walk to harbour town and dublin docks. And not too long of a drive to theme parks or surfers paradise. Perfect size for large family. Down side was not enough stuff to keep maintain cleanliness for example the dishwasher wasn't working, vacuum wouldn't suck so had to sweep, wifi was pretty average and the TV kept loading when put a movie on for kids to wind down. "Our stay was unfortunately overshadowed by a very unpleasant check-in experience. The front desk lady who checked us in never smiled once and appeared unhappy and unfriendly throughout the entire interaction. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was that her attitude seemed noticeably different when serving other Western guests. She was warm and welcoming to them, but cold and dismissive toward us as Asian guests. In addition, several reasonable requests were immediately rejected....

"Room didn't seem clean despite the smell of floor cleaner. Ants, live and dead, kept dropping on the bed from a non-working light socket above the bed. Had to move the bed to other part of the room to allow us to sleep. Resort was noisy, with a group in the picnic area below our room. For all these issues, we could not report any of these due to very limited hours over the weekend that the reception was open."

"We had a fantastic stay at Gemini Court Holiday Apartments. The apartment was spacious, and very comfortable, but the standout feature was the incredible ocean view. The balcony offered breathtaking panoramic views of the coastline all the way to Surfers Paradise. Waking up to the sunrise over the ocean and falling asleep to the sound of the waves made our stay truly special.
