"Food was good. Accommodation was nice but the bathroom too small. Impossible to shave in the morning without making a mess on the floor as the position of the sink under a shelf was awkward. The hotel itself is fabulous, on the hill overlooking St. Ives. Beautiful gardens."

"This old hotel is delightful in its historical ambiance. The staff was wonderful. However, the whole place needs paint, carpet and a thorough cleaning.
