Avoid! One star at best.

Been on the road for 3 weeks and this was the last night. I can safely say this was the worst by a long way. Corridors smell,!uncomfortable and cold room. Very poor bathroom, very basic breakfast, weak coffee. Evening staff fine, morning miserable. Think walls and noisy doors. Just absolute rubbish. Will not be returning!

Es war recht dreckig, das Frühstück war sehr wenig und wurde kaum aufgefüllt. Gegenüber ist eine Flüchtlingseinrichtung, welche nachts dauerhaft von einer Zivilstreife bewacht wird. Das hat uns recht unsicher fühlen lassen.

J'avais réservé il y a plusieurs mois et j'avais demandé 2 chambres mitoyennes. J'ai eu la 1 et la 2 qui sont séparées par un escalier. J'en ai fait part au réceptionniste qui n'a pas été très aimable et n'a pas cherché de solution alors qu'il n'était pas 17h. Les chambres sont à rénover et mieux entretenir, rouille autour de la robinetterie, bouilloire sale... Elles sont mal isolées, on entend tout, bref ce n'est pas le souvenir que j'avais d'une précédente réservation dans un hôtel Kyriad.

Attention à la propreté!!!

Le personnel est très avenant malheureusement la propreté de la chambre laissait vraiment à désirer entre la poussière et particules noires présentes sur le mobiliers ainsi les miettes et plastiques sur le sol on se demande vraiment si tout le reste est propre.

Le séjour a été. Un restaurant mais de possibilité de prendre un plateau en chambre et si on prend à l'extérieur pas de possibilité de réchauffé. Très déçue c'est la première fois qu'on me refuse d'emporter le repas en chambre même quand je demande si on ne peut pas juste me le mettre sur un plateau (car réponse pas de plateau) et le lendemain au petit-déjeuner les plateaux étaient bien présents...
