"The Royal Mile has become a zoo, but it's also the spine of Edinburgh (literally), and so a hotel on an extension of the Royal Mile that's both centrally located and not quite so frenetic is a great compromise. "A wonderful, airy and well kept apartment. It’s right in the middle of Edinburgh and a stones throw from the National Gallery. Shops are round the corner of all varieties. Restaurants, coffee shops to choose between. It was the ideal place to stay. "
