"Staying at the Sheraton was overall a good experience. I booked the all-inclusive package, and the bartenders were super friendly while the rest of the staff was helpful and welcoming.
One thing to know is that reservations are required for two restaurants. One night, I didn’t have a reservation and noticed several open tables, but we still weren’t accommodated. I understand the policy, but it was frustrating to see empty tables and not be seated.
Govitas was amazing and definitely a highlight....

En el desayuno, la crema de los chilaquiles presentaba un olor desagradable y a pesar de haber comentado con personal de la cocina, no se hizo nada al respecto.

"So this is a good hotel to stay for whenever you have to be very close to the airport. Everything works. It is a BUDGET hotel. Amenities exist. They do have a swimming pool, a work area, all rooms have the minimum essentials and good working a/c s though they are off when you first come in so it can take a bit for the room to be comfortable.
Furniture, while functional and complete, is on the over its life span and could use a refresh. Bedding is 5 Motel quality. Clean. But that's it. TV could...

"This was my 6th visit to Rivera Del Rio in 2 years. The staff welcomes you like family. When I return here now it’s like coming home.
This place is truly magical. Each room is simply beautiful, functional and comfortable. Beds are amazing. Internet is fast and reliable (I had some work to do this week). Tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance.
And for me, always, the roof top pool is something special. It’s hard to describe the peace you feel watching the sunset here....

"The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. The room was clean and well-maintained. However, when we booked, we paid for breakfast. What they called breakfast was a joke: nothing more than dry bread and coffee. We ended up having breakfast elsewhere every morning, then coming back to the room before going about our day. In the future, although the service was terrific, we will not stay there. I will go to a hotel with breakfast, even if we have to pay more."
