"Late check in with a mix up of not finding my name, then someone had checked in my reservation and paid, but after checking my credit card, I was charged. It seemed to be a refurbished hotel with okay rooms. The couch in my room had a torn hole that was noticeable. Did not get a chance to try their breakfast buffet, or the pool. Overall, okay rate."

"The staff could use some training on customer service and politeness. Room was expensive for clean but outdated rooms. Melted ice in freezer, lamp by bed not working. Mattresses well used. There were several large parties of students that were loud and understandably not the hotels fault. The breakfast was tasty and the morning lady in the kitchen was crass but very clean and knowledgeable."

"Checked in, the staff had changed my room. Which was totally fine at first. I was sleeping when a maintenance worker banged on my door and startled me and my girlfriend. He kept on asking me to come to the door. I told him we were assigned to the room and he said that there may have been a problem with the lock. We had to go back to the desk (begrudgingly) and update the room. The staff was professional, particularly Mr. Gray (he was fantastic). The whole situation was just really inconvenient. We were exhausted from our travels and just wanted to be left to our own."
