"We would come back again. We enjoyed the nice lobby area and the large indoor pool. We didn't use the outdoor pool, but it looked nice and inviting also. Our room was larger than we expected and very clean. Everything worked like it was supposed to. The decor was a little dated, but in a charming, non-trendy way. The staff was very helpful. The price was reasonable compared to other motels in the area."

"Clean, quiet and well-maintained facility that has a heated indoor pool. The bed sheets were high quality and didn't feel like sandpaper. They even provided daily maid service where other Cape Cod motels only provide towels on request."

"The staff were very friendly & kept the rooms nice & clean. We especially liked the delicious breakfasts at the on-site restaurant. Thank you!"

"👍"

"This hotel was clean and comfortable .The staff was outstanding. The proximity to the beach couldn't have been any better. The restaurant was closed when we got there. But the desk clerk also suggested the deli/grocery store down the street. This turned out to be an amazing place to pick up a hot sandwich. The hotel was in a great location for us. Would stay there again"

"I requested a ground floor room because of mobility issues and, after a brief puch back, agreed to change my room to first floor, which I appreciated. Everything was fine until we went to get in the bed. There were several small ants in the bed and on the bedside table. We had not eaten anything in the room to attract them. I went to the front desk and the man was on the phone talking to someone affiliated with the motel. The man told the person on the other end about the ants and then replied...

"This was a perfect place to stay. We visited for a wedding and it was very nice to be only 10 minutes from P town. This cozy tiny house cottage was just right"
