"I have only praise for this property. The staff was beyond exceptional! The property is located on beautiful grounds and just a short drive to downtown Harbor Springs. If you are looking for a new and modern facility this is not for you. Rather, it is eclectic with charm and sophistication. The food and wine selections were great."
"Bed was comfortable, room was ok size but a little for two big suitcases, it was quiet but it was a Monday night, a little bit away from the shore activities."
"Clean room, noisy beds, not extremely comfortable though, had everything we required though except an elevator of which my elderly father would have preferred."
"This motel was very pleasant. The room was newly renovated/clean and very comfortable. They are in the midst of remodeling so the pool area was under construction, which for us was not an issue. The staff was very accommodating and helpful - would definitely book at here again! Thank you!"
"Everything was amazing, from the amenities to the staff. Plenty to do right there on the property without having to leave. We did the waterpark, sky bridge which was beautiful, ziplined and ate at several of their restaurants. The room was more of a large apartment, 2 bedrooms one with a king and the other had 2 queen beds, along with a pullout couch bed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. 2 full bathrooms. A full kitchen and living room.
We did have a little hickup but the staff solved our issue without a second thought, means a lot that they actually care about their guests and didn't have to hassle. 10/10 recommend staying there!"
"It was an okay room with a great view of water and boats going by. There just was nothing to do in the town. We couldn't find restaurants open, so we cut our stay short. Billy was very, very good with everything. He helped us with luggage. He gave us information. A very nice man"
"We enjoyed our stay at the historic Terrace Inn. The room was small but comfortable and clean. The hotel was well maintained given its age. The front porch was special and reminded us of the front porch on the Grand Hotel on Mackinac island. The hotel was a short bike ride to town on safe and well lit paths. Our only suggestion would be expanding the continental breakfast items a bit. The fresh cinnamon rolls were great but we would have enjoyed some cereal or toast/bagels and fresh fruit (only fruit option was green bananas). But overall we loved the hotel and would happily return."
